payment
At least 30% downpayment MUST be put down in order to claim a slot on my queue. Full payment is required in order to start construction on your commission. The 30% of the payment is NONREFUNDABLE if an online order has been placed and/or work has begun, as it goes to material costs.

There are fees to give out quotes. Our quotes are for SERIOUS buyers ONLY!! They take a lot of time to get a final price on designs.

Paypal fee
I have since added a PayPal convenience fee. If you choose to use PayPal, there will be an extra 8% added to your final price. With PayPal’s rising fees to use the website, this helps cover the overall fees that PayPal takes. (Transaction, conversion, transfer fees, etc)
This only applies if you choose PayPal to pay your invoices with, since it’s the only one with the highest fees. Other websites like Square/Stripe will not have an added fee. E-Transfer is optimal if you are Canadian since there is no fees to transfer.

queue order completion
I work best in batches. There’s usually 6 orders per batch. This method helps me avoid burnout. I would work on what I feel like within the batch, such as carving out all the heads in the batch at once, sewing up all the handpaws, draft out all patterns, etc. This method also improves my efficiency by a lot, I’m able to get more done than working on one commission at a time.
I will sometimes work on my small parts queue if there’s orders, and every once and a while trade. Paid commissions get priority, but it’s nice to be able to switch back and forth.

You will be sent an invoice for both quotes and final price commissions. If you send a payment without sending it through an invoice, without any identification or note on why you sent that payment, it will considered as a donation after 3 days has past.

payment plans
MeowWare offers flexible payment plans. The guidelines is up to 4 months maximum after the downpayment, UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. With at least one payment per month.
If you miss a month, you will be bumped down to the bottom of our queue, and you will receive a late fee of 3% of your final price total.
If you miss 2 months the commission will be terminated and a refund may be given, but the refund depends on your plan’s status.
MeowWare does not accept payment plans for anything under $400USD.

MeowWare ships internationally! Your country will be double checked if I can ship to you during the quoting process.

I will try my best to respond back as fast as I can, but I do prioritize my mental health first. So there will be times where it may take me a little while to respond back. Might take up to a week, maybe more to respond back. But don’t worry!! I will absolutely respond back 100%

All designs are final once payment or downpayment has been placed. Major changes can only happen if you are willing to pay extra to change major features or switch designs.
I can consider a character change if I have not started on your order and have not placed or gotten any materials for your order. The fee depends on how different the new character design is compared to the original, sometimes there won’t be a fee but that is a case-to-case basis.

MeowWare has a small dog and cat that both shed. Please let me know if you’d like me to wash your fursuit before shipping out.

Delays will occur occasionally. You will be notified if anything delays your order, and/or if your estimated completion date has been updated.

blacklist
MeowWare has started a private blacklist on trello.
You could be added to the blacklist if you have been rude, or suddenly dropped out of a commission or trade without any acceptable reason(i.e. I want to commission a different person, or about to send payment but then decide not to right at the last second.)
You will not be added if you dropped a commission with a acceptable reason such as needing the money for sudden medical/family/personal issues.
If you are on the blacklist, you will not be able to commission or trade with MeowWare ever again.
